My Functional Medicine Certifications are 78% complete...
I'm proud to announce I've made great strides in getting my certifications completed, as well as having a site set up for lab work, ordering discounted supplements, and my business cards will be here in a few days. 2 of my doctors are on board to help sponsor a group or help get patients involved. I also have several ladies in my hometown, as well as online, who are very interested in my expertise.
I'm currently working on finishing my certifications (of course, one of which, and possibly more, is autoimmune-related). I'll be helping to tackle Lupus, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Sjogren's, Raynaud's, MS, Hashimotos Thyroiditis, and other AI issues.
I'll work with your physicians to help finish homeostasis in your body.
I'll be posting a lot of information here in my blog to help with different health-related problems, from sleep issues to eliminating inflammation in the body through diet, healthy types of exercise, and mindset. Mindset is a huge factor. YOU MUST correctly find your mindset in order to see that your body is reacting IN A POSITIVE WAY.
The Mediterranean way of eating is excellent for reducing inflammation, heart-healthy, and full of delicious, easy recipes. Plenty of fresh fruit, vegetables, olive oil, nuts, seeds, legumes, limited dairy, like low-fat Greek yogurt (if you are NOT dairy limited), meats, such as chicken and turkey, LIMIT RED MEAT AND PORK are great for protein.
If you have not been exercising, begin walking outside, weather permitting, or inside if necessary. YOU MUST MOVE the body to rid the lymphatic SYSTEM OF TOXINS,
Without exercise, you cannot feel or be healthy. It does not mean causing harm to the body by overdoing it, but doing something to get moving.
