A New Strain of the Superflu is rearing its head in North Central Texas.
Technically, it's known as..." influenza A H3N2 or the subclade K variant."
Take plenty of Vitamin C and Zinc. Get lots of rest. Drink plenty of fluids, such as water or decaffeinated no-sugar drinks, take precautions in public by wearing a mask if you are immunocompromised or chronically ill, and eat healthy.
If you run a high fever, have a bad cough, notice chest pain, severe body aches, have not had a flu vaccine, and usually do, are over the age of 65 & have other health issues such as heart or lung problems ...
