Findings from a feasibility study, recently published in the the journal Pain Physician, show that 60 patients with low back pain had significant improvements in physical function, low back pain, and low leg pain a year after Hydrafil gel was injected into their damaged discs....

MINDSET is crucial for you to remain healthy, ENJOY LIFE EACH DAY, AND BE GLOWING!..
THROW the WORD "DIET" out of your vocabulary. It's antiquated, AND IT gives people a STIGMA, ESPECIALLY WOMEN.
Instead, use the word or words, "change the way you eat" your eating habits"... although the word habit can be a lousy word to use...
You can control when you eat, how you eat, what you eat, and where you eat.
Each of the above affects your health and your happiness.
You may or may not have a weight issue. Again, the word "weight" should be thrown out of your mind. Your goal is to find balance in all you do.
A positive and LOVING ATTITUDE TO YOURSELF and others goes a very long way!
If you are an early riser, step outside at dawn and let the sun shine on your face and body.
Sunshine brings a good feeling, provides Vitamin C, and helps you sleep by setting your internal clock (circadian rhythm)as needed. It allows other supplements and vitamins to work effectively.
